Antonio S. Batallan is a Cuban-American entrepreneur born and raised in South Florida, with backgrounds in advertising, real estate and facilities maintenance. By the age of 32, Antonio and his brother co-owned over 200 residential rental units and a small number of commercial buildings in Palm Beach County. With a growing number of properties, Antonio and Jason saw an opportunity, in not only servicing their own but also meeting the needs of other commercial real estate owners. In 2007 Antonio and his brother founded Property Works to meet that demand. As the Chief Executive Officer for 14 years, Antonio and Property Works have seen exponential growth and success. Putting the needs of clients at the forefront of every business decision is critical to that success. Jason S. Batallan is a Cuban-American entrepreneur, with a background in advertising, real estate and property maintenance. In his early 20’s, Jason managed a bi-lingual weekly publication serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties. During this time, he branched out from the family business and began purchasing residential rental properties. At the age of 26, he co-owned over 200 residential rental units and a small number of commercial buildings in Palm Beach County. With a vast number of properties, the maintenance of each property was a growing concern. Jason and his brother Antonio saw an opportunity in not only servicing their own rentals but also meeting the needs of other commercial facilities and landowners. In 2007 Jason and his brother founded Property Works, a facilities maintenance company specializing in commercial maintenance and municipality work.
